About me
Stella Tharp spent twenty years as a CTE -FCS educator in the field of Early Childhood and Human Services at Ottawa High School. With her students The Early Childhood Pathway operated a preschool for 3 and 4 year old children located within Ottawa High School. In addition, Ms. Tharp serves as the CTE Coordinator and Perkins Coordinator for USD 290. At the beginning of the 19-20 school year, Ms. Tharp transitioned into her role as the College and Career Specialist while remaining the CTE/Perkins Coordinator and IPS Coordinator.
