Shandi serves as the Kansas FCCLA State Adviser, where working alongside Family and Consumer Sciences professionals and FCCLA members is the highlight of her role. She is passionate about supporting leadership development and meaningful learning experiences for students across the state. Outside of work, Shandi enjoys spending time with her husband, Terry, and their children, Castyn and Cooper, on their family cattle ranch.
