About me
Jaron serves as the Director of Workforce and Health Care Policy for the Kansas Hospital Association. In this role, he coordinates the association’s federal health policy and advocacy strategy and drives efforts to align national policy with the needs of Kansas hospitals and patients. Additionally, Caffrey oversees KHA’s workforce portfolio to increase the supply of health care workers in Kansas, while also strengthening the capacity of the current workforce. He is passionate about creating a health care infrastructure and ecosystem that is robust, resilient, and adaptive to the evolving needs of our communities. He serves as the Board Chair of Kansas HOSA, represents the Health Science CTE Pathway on the Kansas Advisory Committee for Career and Technical Education, and is also active in the local chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
