Hondo Tamez is an Associate Professor and the Department Chair of Information Technology at Johnson County Community College. He spends his time exploring the worlds of networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and all the other tech that keeps modern life running. Hondo holds industry certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft, and ISC2, and he’s passionate about making complex technology feel approachable and exciting for learners at every stage.
