About me
Cathy and Michael Caylor have been married for 30 years. They live in the small rural town of Buffalo. She has three children, Michael, Jon, Ashley and son in law Dylan. Michael and Cathy have two grandchildren - Madelyn, 4, and Crew, 2 years old. Cathy has had a very active life with her family as a Girl Scout leader, 4-H Community Leader, Booster Club Officer, and many other adventures her children have participated in over the years. Now that she and her husband have recently become empty nesters, she has taken on several roles at Altoona-Midway High School. Cathy is currently not only the FCCLA Adviser but also the PDP chairperson and CTE Coordinator for the school district. Cathy graduated in 1995 from Pittsburg State University with a degree in Elementary Education, with minors in Special Education and Early Childhood.In May 2021, Cathy graduated with her Master’s Degree in Career and Technical Education from Pittsburg State University. Cathy has been a member of KATFACS since 2015 and is the current KATFACS District Assistant Vice President.
