2026 K-ACTE Career Tech Summit

Arthur started his career after graduating from Norfolk State University with an education degree, B.S. in Industrial Technology. As a graduate of ROTC he served his country on active duty as a Commission Officer in the U.S. military. Arthur continued to embrace education and successfully completed his M.S. Degree in Engineering at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Shortly thereafter, Arthur began a career in corporate America where he was a big advocate of Career Technical Education (CTE). Arthur currently is a Resource Teacher in the Blue Valley School District. He is completing an additional Master’s Degree in Special Education at the University of Kansas. He often uses the phrase that education is “like a box of chocolates”, you never know where you are going to end up but you know you are well prepared.
