This will be our official business meeting. During this meeting will have discussion of old and new business, consider and vote on any motions presented, vote for the in-coming president elect, and pass the gavel to the in-coming president.
This closing session provides an opportunity for the planning committee to reflect on the conference’s successes, challenges, and overall impact. Participants will review attendee feedback, discuss key takeaways, and identify opportunities for improvement to inform future planning and ensure continued growth and effectiveness.
